Refund policy

  • Returns are available within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable: personal care or health products, and custom-made products.
  • Refunds:
    • The amount is returned to the original payment method within 7–10 days after inspection.

    • Cash on delivery: via bank transfer or store credit.

    • The customer covers shipping unless the product is damaged or sent by mistake.

2️⃣ Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed on the first business day after they are placed.

  • Weekends and official holidays are not included.

3️⃣ Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping to remote areas may take longer.

4️⃣ Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order ships, the tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.

5️⃣ Shipping Costs

  • Costs vary depending on location and order weight.

  • Free shipping offers may be available during some campaigns.

6️⃣ International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within Egypt only.

  • We have plans for international expansion in the future.
